My work combines AI practice with more than two decades of teaching, facilitation and behaviour-change experience. Participants learn by doing, reflecting, improving and transferring the method to their own work.

A sensible first step
Start with one team, one challenge and a useful pilot.
A short discovery conversation and a lightweight needs scan are enough to shape a focused first session. The pilot can then be evaluated against practical outcomes: confidence, quality of use, safe behaviours and time saved.
